We are in! We're committed to a bigger cause at Seesa. Embedding reforestation into our work extends the experience of making a difference to our environment. From 22nd April 2022 we pledged to restore nature with our partner TreeSisters. We have to be proactive now more than ever, we're committed to supporting TreeSiters with our donations.
We are partnered with TreeSisters as UK based charity who focus on global forest restoration. At the heart of their work is a commitment to funding community driven tree planting projects that uplift local communities, especially women while regenerating some of the world’s most vital ecosystems.
I truly respect that people are paying attention and holding businesses accountable when it comes to sustainability.
As the founder of a jewellery brand, becoming sustainable is at the heart of what we do. We're proud to use FSC-certified packaging, plantable care cards giving our packaging new life, and clearly mark which pieces are gold filled, gold vermeil and plated so you will see which pieces are durable and will last longer. These are all thoughtful choices we’ve made to align our business with the values we believe in.
That said, sustainability is an ongoing journey. We’re always looking for better materials, smarter methods, and more impactful ways to give back. If you have specific suggestions for a small business, we'd genuinely love to hear them. Open dialogue only helps us grow stronger and do better.
We believe packaging should have a second life just like jewellery that’s passed down or recycled into something new. We started researching ways our packaging can be renewed. We replaced our thank you cards with something special, each order comes with a plantable card, made from 100% biodegradable paper embedded with wildflower seeds.
After you've read the note, plant it in a little soil, give it some light and water, and within a few weeks, you'll start to see something beautiful grow.

In the spirit of transparency, we want to share that each piece contains between 30 to 40 percent recycled gold and sterling silver merging responsibility with elegance. We believe in taking steps toward a better future, and we're dedicated to progressing in this direction.
